° El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, mediante resoluciones, dictará las normas de carácter administrativo que regulen el ejercicio de las funciones y atribuciones de que trata este Decreto, y la Contaduría Pagadora se sujetará a las de contabilidad, control fiscal, comprobación y demás de orden fiscal dictadas sobre el particular por la Contraloría General de la República, y a las que dicte posteriormente.
