° Amplíase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1990 el plazo para que la Nación aporte al capital social de la Financiera Energética Nacional -FEN-, mediante cesión debidamente legalizada, notificada a los deudores, los contratos de préstamo otorgados hasta el 8 de febrero de 1990, de que trata el ordinal a) del artículo 5° de la Ley 25 de 1990. Igualmente, dentro del mismo plazo, endosará a favor de la FEN los pagarés que respaldan dichas obligaciones.
