Artículo primero. Solicitada u ordenada una inscripción, el Registrador de Instrumentos Públicos y Privados, al llevarla a efecto, lo hará en la forma prevenida en los artículos 2659 a 2663 del Código Civil, y 15 a17 de la Ley 40 de 1952. Si se tratare de una inscripción en la matrícula de la propiedad raíz, deberá sentarla con las determinaciones, reseñas y anotaciones señaladas en los artículos 23 y 24 de la citada ley.
