Para atender a los gastos de operación de las dragas de propiedad del Gobierno Nacional, (sueldos, jornales, sostenimiento, conservación y otros), al servicio de la carretera Ciénaga - Barranquilla, en el año $ 250.000.00 Suman los créditos $ 250.000.00
