Liquidación de cesantías . El Instituto, de conformidad con las disposiciones del decreto 3119 de 1968, liquidara y entregara al fondo Nacional del ahorro, las cesantías de sus empleados, sin perjuicio de que obtenga a este respecto la dispensa de que trata el literal j) del Artículo 7º. del mismo Decreto.

Parágrafo

Solamente, cuando se trate de trabajadores ocasionales, accidentales o transitorios que ocupe por tiempo no mayor de un mes, y cuya labor sea distinta y no fijo en los eventos previstos en el artículo 4º. Del decreto 2351 de 1965, pagará directamente las cesantías a los beneficiarios CAPITULO VIII Disposiciones Generales .
