Artículo único. Organízase una Columna compuesta de los Batallones 15 i 16 de línea i de un Batallon que organizará en el Cauca por cuenta del Gobierno jeneral, el Jeneral Ezequiel Hurtado, a quien se le comunicarán las órdenes del caso para que siga a las fronteras del Ecuador.
