El control fiscal de las operaciones de CORPAL estará a cargo de la Contraloría General de la República, siendo de cuenta de esta institución el costo de los funcionarios requeridos al respecto.

Paragraph (parágrafo)

Parágrafo. El titular de la Auditoría y las demás funcionarios de su dependencia tendrán las mismas incompatibilidades previstas en el articula quince de este Decreto, además de incurrir en las sanciones establecidas en su ordinal 2º, cuando a ello hubiere lugar.
