° El Fondo de Fomento Municipal, creado por el Decreto numero 503 de 1904, continuara funcionando como institución autónoma, con personería jurídica, capital propio y domicilio en Bogotá, bajo la denominación de "Instituto de Fomento Municipal", y con Direcciones Seccionales en cada una de las capitales de los Departamentos. Podrán asimismo establecerse Direcciones Seccionales en las Intendencias y Comisarias cuando la Junta Directiva del Instituto lo estime conveniente y necesario.
