Los administradores suplentes pueden ser convocados a las deliberaciones de la Junta, aun cuando concurran los principales, si la importancia o trascendencia del asunto que se vaya a tratar aconseja su presencia, a juicio del Presidente o de la misma Junta. En tal caso, tendrán voz pero no voto, y devengarán la misma remuneración que los principales.
