El Superintendente de Cooperativas comprobará si los estatutos se ajustara a las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias y no contienen vacíos, irregularidades o incorrecciones. En caso afirmativo emitirá su concepto, oído el cual, el Poder Ejecutivo dictará la correspondiente resolución dentro de los treinta días siguientes al recibo de la documentación. En caso contrario, le devolverá la solicitud al gerente provisional, con indicación clara de las modificaciones que sea necesario hacer a la constitución o a los estatutos. Si se presentare de nuevo la solicitud sin haberse hecho todas las modificaciones exigidas, o si d las investigaciones practicadas no resulten justificados la suscripción del capital y el pago de la cuota inicial obligatoria, se pasará el expediente al Ministerio de Industrias para que decida si es el caso o no denegar la personería y la autorización correspondiente
