Art. 3. ° La enseñanza en la Escuela de Artes i Oficios se dividirá: 1.° En conferencias populares nocturnas, i 2.° En instruccion profesional. La primera tendrá por objeto la vulgarizacion de los conocimientos científicos de útil i jeneral aplicacion a las artes i a la industria; i la segunda, la enseñanza metódica i profesional tanto de la parte teórica de las ciencias de aplicacion a las artes, como de la práctica en los respectivos talleres i en el aprendizaje de las profesiones industriales.
