° Las tarifas serán fijadas por la Dirección Nacional de Transportes y Tarifas, previo concepto favorable de su Junta Asesora, tanto para carreteras como para ferrocarriles, vías fluviales y servicio de cabotaje, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de coordinación entre las vías. Cuando se trate de tarifas para servicios de transporte automotor por carreteras, se solicitará el concepto de la Junta Asesora del respectivo Departamento, la cual oirá a su vez a los transportadores interesados en ellas.
