º A partir de la fecha de la vigencia de este Decreto, el conocimiento de los delitos a que se refiere el Estatuto Nacional de Estupefacientes (Decreto 1188 de 1974), corresponde en primera instancia, en forma exclusiva, a los Jueces Penales y Promiscuos del Circuito. Para su investigación se utilizará de preferencia personal especializado de Policía Judicial y Jueces de Instrucción Criminal, radicados o ambulantes, según lo determine por resolución el Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal.
