Artículo sexto . Tan pronto como los españoles de origen hayan cumplido las diligencias de juramento y de inscripción a que se refiere el artículo segundo del presente Decreto, gozarán de la condición de nacionales colombianos, en la forma regulada por el Convenio de Nacionalidad entre Colombia y España de 1979 y por las Leyes de Colombia.
