ARTICULO 73 . Al iniciar el período de prueba, la Fiscalía General deberá adelantar programas de inducción que garanticen al nuevo funcionario el adecuado conocimiento de la Institución y de la Rama del Poder Público a la cual ingresa y los derechos, deberes y garantías que adquiere. Por excepción, de acuerdo con el reglamento, los nombramientos tendrán carácter provisional cuando se trate de proveer transitoriamente cargos vacantes temporal o definitivamente, con personal no seleccionado mediante concurso.
