Contratos especiales . Los contratos especiales de concesión minera que se suscriban sobre las áreas de reserva especial establecidas por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, deben contener los motivos que dieron lugar a la delimitación de dicha área de conformidad con lo señalado en los artículos 31 y 248 del Código de Minas.
