Vigilancia. Las sociedades administradoras deberán dar cumplimiento diario a la relación de solvencia a que se refiere el presente Decreto. La Superintendencia Bancaria controlará mensualmente el cumplimiento de estas disposiciones y dictará las medidas necesarias para su correcta aplicación.
