TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo séptimo. Para atender al costo de las obras de recolección, y tratamiento de aguas negras de la ciudad de Bogotá, toda finca que en cualquier forma aproveche para sus desagües la alcantarilla pública, pagará mensualmente una tasa equivalente al 25% del valor que le corresponda cubrir, o pudiera corresponderá si el suministro de agua es propio, por razón del servicio de acueducto.

Dicha tasa se entenderá como compensación exclusiva del servicio de mantenimiento del alcantarillado y tratamiento de aguas negras.
