Artículo tercero. .La Escuela Militar de Medicina y de Ciencias de la Salud se dirigirá y administrará por un Consejo Directivo y un Decano, bajo la Dirección General del Hospital Militar Central. La administración estará a cargo del Hospital, pero en cuentas separadas de las normales de la institución.
