Entrega de Archivos . Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular la Dirección de Administración de Fondos de la Protección Social o el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, (Fosyga), serán transferidos a la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES), en los términos señalados por la ley, las normas establecidas por el Archivo General de la Nación y las demás indicaciones que se hayan fijado sobre el particular.
