Ley 96 de 1985 · por la cual se modifican las Leyes 28 de 1979 y 85 de 1981, el Código Contencioso Administrativo, se otorgan unas facultades extraordinarias y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Deróganse expresamente las siguientes disposiciones:

a)

De la Ley 28 de 1979 : Los artículos 10, la expresión "La expedición del duplicado tendrá un valor de cien pesos ($ 100) que podrá reajustar anualmente la Corte Electoral" del artículo 69, el inciso 3º. del artículo 105 y el 114.

b)

De la Ley 85 de 1981 : el inciso 3º. del artículo 17, el artículo 19, el inciso 2º. del artículo 23 y el artículo 26.

c)

Del Código Contencioso Administrativo: los artículos 224 y 225. Deróganse también las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias a esta Ley.
