º No habrá lugar a auxilio por enfermedad que produzca incapacidad temporal, mientras el empleado continúe gozando de su sueldo completo. Las incapacidades parciales, permanentes, producidas por enfermedades adquiridas con ocasión y por causa del servicio, se considerarán comprendidas en las disposiciones del artículo 3º de la Ley 86 de 1923, y del Decreto 830 de 1934, que la reglamenta.
