Cuando se opere una modificación en el plan de estudios, programas, estatutos y reglamentos de una Universidad o de alguna de sus Facultades, deberá enviarse al Ministerio de Educación, dos ejemplares de aquellos para su estudio y aprobación. Las modificaciones a los planes de estudios y programas no podrán implantarse en el transcurso del año lectivo.
