Igualmente, y para los efectos del presente Decreto, se entiende por ejercicio de la farmacia, "la elaboración y analisis de los medicamentos. Se entiende por medicamentos cualquier sustancia o preparado que se destine exclusivamente al tratamiento, inmunización o prevención de las enfermedades del hombre o animales."
