Para efecto de lo ordenado en el artículo 2o. de la presente Ley, se entiende por salario el establecido en el Capítulo I, Título 5o., primera parte del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y los factores enumerados en el artículo 2o. de la Ley 5a. de 1969.
