Prima de instalación. El personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, que sea trasladado o destinado en comisión permanente dentro del país y tenga por ello que cambiar de lugar de residencia, tendrá derecho a una prima de instalación equivalente a una asignación básica mensual correspondiente a su grado. Cuando el traslado o comisión permanente sea al exterior o del exterior al país, esta prima se pagará anticipadamente en dólares en cuantía que fijen las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.
