º. Las elecciones para miembros de Cámaras de Comercio serán convocadas en Bogotá, por el señor Ministro de industrias y en las demás partes del país por la primera autoridad política del lugar en donde valla a funcionar la Cámara. El Gobierno reglamentará lo referente a preparativos y dirección de las elecciones en la forma que estime conveniente y resolverá, en única instancia, todos los conflictos que surjan con motivos de las mismas.
