Artículo segundo. Los titulares de pasaporte oficial español, o de documento equivalente, podrán dirigirse a Colombia sin necesidad de visado, para una permanencia hasta de tres (3) meses, siempre que el documento esté vigente.

Parágrafo

La limitación establecida en el presente artículo no se aplicará al personal administrativo que preste servicios en las representaciones diplomáticas y consular españolas, y que haya sido debidamente acreditado.
