autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para parcelar, por intermedio de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, conforme a reglamentaciones especiales que serán expedidas al efecto, la zonas suburbanas y rurales de Agua de Dios y Contratación de propiedad de la Nación.

Parágrafo

Las parcelas a que se refiere este artículo que adjudicaran preferencialmente a las personas de que trata el artículo noveno de la presente ley.
