Al testigo que citado no comparece a declarar, o no permanece en su casa de habitación a la hora señalada, sin causa que justifique su no asistencia, se le impone por el Juezuna multa hasta de diez pesos, convertible en arresto a razón de un día por cada dos pesos, quedando siempre en el deber de rendir su declaración.
