Anticipo de cesantía. El anticipo de cesantía de que trata el Artículo 127 del Decreto 612 de 1977, solo se liquidará o pagará al oficial que lo solicite cuando así lo autorice el Ministerio de Defensa, en base a las correspondientes disponibilidades presupuestales y a solicitud escrita del interesado, la cual puede ser formulada directamente o por conducto de la Caja de Vivienda Militar.
