Prima de Antigüedad). Los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares a partir de la fecha en que cumplan quince (15) años de servicio, tendrán derecho a la prima mensual de antigüedad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico, así: A los quince (15) años, el diez por ciento (10%), por cada año que exceda de los quince (15) el uno por ciento (1%) más.

Parágrafo

Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares a partir de la fecha en que cumplan diez (10) años de servicio tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de antigüedad que se liquidará sobre el sueldo básico así: A los diez (10) años, el diez por ciento (10%), por cada año que exceda de los diez (10), el uno por cuento (1%) más.
