º . Variación de las circunstancias. Si durante el término del reconocimiento económico varía la circunstancia con base en la cual se hizo dicho reconocimiento, bien porque el destinatario hubiere acreditado la condición establecida en el literal a) del artículo 8º de la Ley 790 de 2002 y pasa a la señalada en el literal b), o al contrario, tal variación la acreditará conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 3º del presente decreto y, previa modificación de la resolución de reconocimiento, se continuará con el pago de este por el tiempo que reste de dicho plazo.
