De la prohibición de atar los créditos externos . Cuando las entidades a que se refiere este estatuto, celebren contratos de empréstito diferentes al crédito de proveedores, no podrán pactar cláusulas que aten en cualquier forma la financiación con la adquisición de bienes o la prestación de servicios de procedencia especifica, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 286 de este estatuto.
