º. Inversiones de las reservas. Las inversiones forzosas en títulos del ICT o del Inurbe efectuadas por las entidades aseguradoras, que computen para tales entidades a marzo de 1996 como inversiones de las reservas de que trata el numeral 1 del artículo 187 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, podrán reemplazarse por derechos en fideicomiso en contratos de fiducia mercantil, o encargos fiduciarios en el caso de las aseguradoras del Estado, que tengan por objeto sustituir tales inversiones por inmuebles con los cuales el Inurbe redima los bonos mencionados, por un período que no supere el 31 de diciembre del año 2000.
