Art. 3. º El injeniero en jefe encargará a los injenieros auxiliares de llevar la cuenta de los gastos que hayan de hacerse directamente por él. Estos gastos se comprobarán por medio de una relacion pormenorizada, visada por el ingeniero en jefe de la comision.
