LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.12. Libreta de Embarco. La Libreta de Embarco por su parte, acredita, además de los períodos de embarco del tripulante y los cargos desempeñados a bordo, la aptitud física del titular en los términos señalados por la Ley 35 de 1981, y/o el presente Capítulo, en particular en lo referente a la vista y el oído y en algunos casos el habla, siendo a su vez obligatoria para toda la gente de mar de transporte marítimo a que se refiere la presente parte, con excepción de quienes efectúen embarco de entrenamiento bajo cualquier condición, como supernumerario a bordo y de los auxiliares de marinería a que se refiere el Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.2., numeral 31.
