° De los catorce (14) Generales señalados en el artículo 1° del Decreto número 1901 de 1929, que reorganiza el ramo de Guerra, ocho (8) serán de División y seis (6) de Brigada, debiendo prestar sus servicios el nuevo General de División en el puesto que a bien tenga asignarle el Gobierno.
