Art. 12. En caso de que por las reorganizaciones que el Gobierno hiciere en el Ejército permanente quedaren eliminados uno ó más batallones, los alumnos correspondientes á éstos continuarán incorporados en el cuartel general de la respectiva División o Jefatura Militar.

Cuando el número de batallones del Ejército permanente fuera aumentado, por cada uno de estos habrá lugar á designar los alumnos que les correspondan.
