La presente ley tiene como objeto adoptar acciones afirmativas para las mujeres cabeza de familia en materia de política criminal y penitenciaria, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en la Ley 750 de 2002 , en el numeral 5 del Artículo 314 de la Ley 906 de 2004 y demás normas concordantes que le sean aplicables.
