Art. 8.° Dentro de los espresados tres dias podrá reclamar todo ciudadano ante la Corporacion o Junta respectiva para que se le inscriba en la lista o para que sean borrados de ella los individuos que no tengan las cualidades de electores requeridas en el presente decreto, i las reclamaciones serán decididas hasta la víspera del dia señalado para las votaciones.

Parágrafo

Fuera de los términos espresados no podrán hacerse ni decidirse reclamaciones de ninguna clase.
