Los contratos de promesa de venta y previsión que la Caja firme con el adquirente de una casa, se harán por el saldo deudor, deducidas la prima de que trata la letra a) del artículo 6° de la Ley 87 de 1947, las cuotas con que hubiere contribuido, y, si el beneficiario lo quisiere así, hasta el 50% del auxilio de cesantía o de la recompensa por concepto de tiempo de servicio que le correspondiere en la fecha de la operación, y por un plazo máximo de veinte (20) años y un interés del 5% anual, cualquiera que sea la cuantía.
