° El Inspector General de la Policía, en la capital practicará mensualmente visitas; en las Divisiones y se .cerciorará de que los pagos se han hecho de acuerdo con las disposiciones del artículo 2.° de este Decreto, y las primeras autoridades políticas de los lugares en donde haya Secciones de Policía Nacional, las practicarán en las respectivas Administraciones, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el ordinal d) del artículo 306 del Código Fiscal.
