Se considera que un producto es objeto de dumping es decir, que se importa en el mercado colombiano a un precio inferior a su valor normal, cuando su precio de exportación al exportarse hacia Colombia es menor que el precio comparable de un producto similar destinado al consumo en el país investigado. Para efectos de la determinación del dumping en una investigación es preciso considerar los artículos de esta sección.
