La acción disciplinaria por falta a la deontología profesional se ejecutará sin perjuicio de la acción penal, civil o contencioso administrativa a que hubiere lugar o de las acciones adelantadas por la procuraduría o por las entidades oficiales, por infracción a otros ordenamientos jurídicos.
