º A partir del 1º de enero de 1984, reajústase en un dieciocho punto cinco por ciento (18.5%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Decreto extraordinario 897 de 1978, y demás disposiciones que lo modifican o adicionan. Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
