Las asociaciones de técnicos electricistas, tendrán como objetivo, entre otros, elevar el nivel profesional de sus asociados, el fortalecimiento de las instituciones, el incremento del intercambio técnico-científico, para mejorar la calidad de servicio, el engrandecimiento de la profesión y velar por el cumplimiento de lo establecido en esta norma.
