Artículo Décimo Tercero. El personal docente de tiempo completo a que se refiere el presente Decreto, que devengue un salario mensual no superior a dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal vigente, tendrá derecho a percibir un auxilio de transporte durante los meses de labor académica, reconocido en la forma y cuantía establecidas por las normas aplicables a los demás empleados públicos.
