ArtÃculo 1.3.1.10.16. Días de exención del impuesto sobre las ventas -IVA Para bienes cubiertos para el año 2022. Los días de exención del impuesto sobre las ventas -IVA para el año 2022 para los bienes cubiertos de que tratan los artículos 37,38, 39 de la Ley 2155 de 2021, serán

El once (11) de marzo de 2022,

El diecisiete (17) de junio de 2022, y

El dos (2) de diciembre 2022.

Parágrafo

El huso horario que se tendrá en cuenta para determinar la hora de inicio y la hora final de los "Días sin IVA" de que trata el presente artículo será la hora legal colombiana que corresponde al Tiempo Universal Coordinado -UTC disminuido en 5 horas (UTC-5).
