Después de expedida la presente ley y prévia regularización que hará el Poder Ejecutivo con los datos que existan en la Secretaría de Hacienda, se hará figurar en el Presupuesto nacional de Rentas y Gastos como renta de la República el producto de los Consulados en Nueva York, Liverpool, Southampton, el Havre, San Nazario y Hamburgo.
